Ethiopia // Uraga Yabitu Koba
The Character:
This is the coffee that changes people's minds about what coffee can taste like. Grown at staggering altitudes (over 7,000 ft) in the Uraga mountains, these heirloom cherries ripen slowly, soaking up every bit of character the soil has to give.
The Taste:
Expect a heavy blueberry jam sweetness right off the bat. It’s juicy, vibrant, and incredibly smooth, rounded out by notes of wild honey and a crisp citrus finish that keeps it clean. It’s basically a fruit harvest in a cup.

Matagalpa, Nicaragua // Single Farm Micro-Lot
The Character
Built around balance and sweetness, this washed-process Nicaraguan coffee is approachable without being ordinary. Its clean cup profile highlights the classic characteristics that have made Matagalpa one of Nicaragua’s most respected growing regions. Smooth, comforting, and versatile, it delivers the kind of everyday excellence that keeps you coming back for another cup.
Roasted to a medium profile, it offers enough development to showcase rich sweetness and chocolate depth while preserving the clarity and structure that define high-quality washed Arabica coffees.
The Taste:
Think dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and caramel.
A smooth, medium-bodied cup with rich chocolate notes at the forefront, supported by roasted nut complexity and a lingering caramel sweetness. The washed process creates a clean finish and remarkable balance, making this coffee equally enjoyable as a morning drip brew, pour-over, or espresso.

Perú // Guardian del Bosque Gesha
The Character
Gesha is the royalty of the coffee world, and this organic lot from the San Ignacio region is a masterclass in elegance. Grown by a small group of producers committed to "guarding the forest," this coffee thrives in a high-altitude shade-grown environment. It’s delicate, refined, and carries that unmistakable floral clarity that makes Gesha the most sought-after variety on the planet.
The Taste:
This cup is all about grace and high-end clarity. You’ll find a beautiful jasmine floral aroma that leads into sweet notes of honeydew melon and white peach. It’s incredibly tea-like and crisp, featuring a sparkling lime-spritz acidity and a clean, honey-sweet finish. It’s a sophisticated experience for those who appreciate the finer nuances of a light roast.
